Full job description

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate, dedicated pediatricians to join our growing team in Memphis. In April 2025, Zarminali Pediatrics partnered with All Better Pediatrics—a trusted name in the community for over a decade. Now united under the Zarminali name, we are building on strong community roots to shape the future of pediatric care across the region. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in advancing children’s health while working in a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes patients, families, and physician partnership. What You’ll Do

  • Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and develop personalized care plans tailored to each child, including acute concerns
  • Growth & Preventive Health: Monitor physical and emotional development, provide early intervention, and guide families on preventive care
  • Patient & Family Education: Support families from infancy through adolescence with clear guidance and compassionate care
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Advanced Practice Clinicians and care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking pediatricians who value team-based care and want to be part of a mission-driven organization:

  • Strong communicator across patients, families, and care teams
  • Patient advocate who meets families where they are
  • Collaborative team player focused on quality care and mentorship
  • Tech-forward mindset to enhance efficiency and patient experience
  • Growth-oriented with a focus on continuous learning and innovation
  • Family-first approach grounded in evidence-based care

What You’ll Need

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
  • Active Tennessee DEA license
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
  • 2–3 years of post-residency pediatric experience
  • Comfort in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
  • BLS/ACLS certification

What We Offer

  • Balanced Schedule: Four in-clinic days + one dedicated administrative day weekly
  • Team-Based Environment: Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on high-quality pediatric care
  • Professional Growth: Ongoing learning, skill development, and advancement opportunities
  • Compensation: Competitive package with performance incentives

If you’re looking to join an established practice with strong community roots and a forward-thinking approach to pediatric care, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
