Salary Range $41.18 - $51.22 Hourly

Description

$20,000 sign-on bonus with two-year work commitment for full-time hires!

To provide quality Physical Therapy (PT) services to Lake Region Healthcare (LRH) patients and contracting partners according to the State of Minnesota practice act. We are a hospital-based PT program servicing both inpatient and outpatients with a wide range of diagnoses. Populations served include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide patient-centered physical therapy services by assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based care to support optimal outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively with providers, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care, clear communication, and continuity of services.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including treatment records, physician orders, Medicare requirements, and charge entry.

  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other learners while promoting a culture of education, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Support departmental and organizational objectives by maintaining a safe and efficient treatment environment, participating in quality improvement initiatives, completing assigned projects, and adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards.

Hours/Shifts:

Full time or part time option available including, but not limited to:

80 Hours Biweekly, Day Shifts, Monday through Friday.

Casual (less than 32 hours biweekly), Day Shifts.

Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $41.18 - $51.22/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:

  • Education/Special Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and maintain a valid Minnesota license. Masters or Doctorate degree preferred.

  • Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.

  • Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.

  • Basic computer skills.
