1st Shift: 6:00 AM — $22.00/hour | 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM — $23.50/hour

We're hiring two Yard Truck Drivers — one for 1st shift and one for 2nd shift. If you like having room to move, work with purpose, and take ownership of your space, this role was made for you. As a Yard Truck Driver, you'll keep our yard running smoothly — spotting trailers, staying organized, and managing your own flow throughout the shift. It's hands-on, active work with real independence built in.
Position Purpose
As a Yard Driver, you'll maintain yard organization and safely spot trailers at dock doors and throughout the property. You'll also log trailer moves and yard activity using a hand-held device.
What You'll Do
- 80% — Safely spot trailers at dock doors and yard locations; drive yard trucks between designated spots
- 10% — Support general warehouse tasks as needed
- 10% — Audit the yard for accuracy using our Yard Management System
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable with intermittent physical activity — walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment that may be heavy or awkward Working Conditions
- A generally comfortable environment with regular outdoor exposure — temperature extremes, moving machinery, and noise are part of the territory What You Need
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid, active driver's license
- Able to load and unload heavy items
Education
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Pay Range:
$15.00 - $26.17 -
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
