Work directly with the Corporate Merchandise Planning and Allocation organization, providing support for assigned areas of the business.

What You Get to Do

  • Input and edit new and replenishment orders.
  • Communicate with vendors and parks regarding shipping deadlines, updates, and other order-related information.
  • Track shipping of selected domestic and imported purchase orders and communicate updates to the team and clients.
  • Proactively take action to help ensure product flow remains uninterrupted.
  • Process returns to vendors.
  • Validate UPCs throughout the ordering and ticketing process.
  • Support inventory management through the processing and communication of pending and completed transfers.
  • Research Accounts Payable issues and communicate results to the team and vendor partners.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements across the job function.

What It Takes to Succeed

Education & Skills

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Data entry and analysis skills.

Preferred Experience & Proficiencies

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
  • SAP proficiency preferred.
  • Inventory management and/or reconciliation experience.
  • Customer or client service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience working in retail, wholesale, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Theme park experience is a plus.
