Job Summary
The Talent Development Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness Manager is a strategic leader responsible for advancing enterprise talent, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Leading a team of four direct reports, this role partners closely with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, build succession pipelines, and support a high-performing culture. Through data-driven strategies and scalable programs, this leader helps ensure the organization is prepared to meet current and future business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,OrganizationalDevelopment,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.

10+yearsofexperienceintalentmanagement,organizationaldevelopment,leadershipdevelopment,orarelateddiscipline.

Experienceleadinganddevelopingteamsinacorporateorlargeorganizationalenvironment.

Provensuccessdesigningandimplementingenterprise-widetalentandleadershipdevelopmentprograms.

Preferred Qualifications

The pay range for this role is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Primary Location: Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s).
