Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered, respectful care and support based on individual goals and preferences.

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including hygiene, dressing, meals, medications, and mobility.

  • Promote choice, inclusion, and community involvement.

  • Transport individuals to activities, events, and appointments.

  • Support and celebrate milestones, birthdays, and holidays with the individuals you serve.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • 2 years of verifiable experience supporting vulnerable populations preferred.

  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

  • Must pass a DHS background study.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (we offer paid training if needed).

  • Physical ability to lift and transfer at least 60 pounds occasionally.

  • Must have intermediate computer skills sufficient to receive online training and submit daily online documentation in a health care database.
