Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Medical Assistant in Moreno Valley, California!
This role is on-site / in person. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Type: Six-Month Contract, possibility of an extension
Pay: $22 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92553
Responsibilities for the Medical Assistant include but are not limited to:

Support clinicians with day-to-day patient care and clinic workflow
-
Room patients, obtain vitals, and prepare patients for visits
-
Perform discharge duties including EKGs, POCT, injections, and vaccines as needed
-
Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-up
-
Respond to and manage in-basket messages
-
Process referrals and prior authorizations for medications
-
Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
-
Provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced clinical setting
Qualifications:
-
Previous Medical Assistant experience required
-
EPIC experience required
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to multitask in a busy outpatient clinic environment
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Medical Assistant certification preferred
