Responsibilities The Northside Hospital System is seeking to add an outstanding Neuro-hospitalist to their well-established team at Northside Hospital Forsyth. This opportunity to join the growing Forsyth Neuro-hospitalist team does not come around often.

Qualifications REQUIRED: 1. Medical Degree from an accredited college or university.

Diploma for completion of an American Board of Neurology accreditation internship and residency.

NBME or Flex certification.

Unrestricted DEA number.

Unrestricted Georgia medical license.
PREFERRED: 1. Current BCLS certification.
