  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
  • Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
  • Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Benefits
