The Process Control Technician is responsible for monitoring, controlling, operating, and adjusting all automated plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient material flow throughout the production process.

Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00 / hour

Duties:

Working from the central control room, this role oversees equipment settings, material transfers, and production parameters, including extrusion operations and changeovers. The Process Control Technician works closely with material handlers and maintenance staff to maintain consistent quality, maximize throughput, and minimize downtime.

Position Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. BA/BS degree (or technical certification) in process technology, industrial automation, engineering, or a related field, or HS Diploma or equivalent with 5+ plus years' experience working with extruders and automated control systems.

  • Proficiency in operating extruders and process control systems.

  • Exposure to and understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.

Language Ability:

  • Fluency in English, other languages a plus

Computer Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct reports.

Work Environment: The work is on-site at the manufacturing plant. Some travel may be required, including internationally.

Physical Demands: The work requires some periods of standing and walking on the shop floor and requires lifting up to 50lb. at times

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: Bachelors.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $32.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
