Description
Responsible for establishing and managing the portfolio of programs and initiatives that enable the PX Operating Model. This role ensures transformation and service delivery initiatives are strategically aligned, appropriately resourced, effectively governed, and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the PX portfolio framework, governance, reporting, and operating cadence.

Manage the PX project portfolio to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Oversee project intake, assessment, prioritization, and resource allocation in partnership with PXT and HR leadership.

Develop and maintain portfolio roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource models to balance demand against available capabilities.

Analyze transformation and service delivery pipelines to identify capacity constraints, staffing needs, risks, and dependencies.

Drive portfolio governance, issue escalation, risk management, and decision-making processes.

Provide clear, data-driven reporting and dashboards to HRLT, PXT Leadership, COEs, EBS, PMO, and other key stakeholders.

Track program outcomes, value realization, and key performance indicators to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Coordinate with Accenture, HR, EBS, Finance, IT, COEs, and regional teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.

Provide oversight and guidance to project managers, promoting consistent delivery standards, governance practices, and stakeholder engagement.

Serve as the escalation point for project issues requiring cross-functional coordination or leadership visibility.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of Portfolio, Program, and Project Management experience, including strategic planning, stakeholder management, resource planning, risk management, change management, and implementation.

Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to scope initiatives, determine resource requirements, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Experience managing enterprise project portfolios, governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and resource allocation.

Demonstrated success leading large-scale global programs and projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience managing budgets, forecasting resources, and overseeing change requests across multiple initiatives.Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to communicate complex impacts and opportunities to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders across HR and the business.

Working knowledge of HR functions including Talent, Total Rewards, Shared Services, and HR Business Partnering.

Experience with HR technology, reporting, analytics, and KPI-driven decision-making.Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and confidential information.
