Job Summary: Provides outpatient occupational therapy services at FirstPark-Oakland and Enterprise Drive - Augusta clinics to patients needing to develop, recover, and maintain function and activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living after injury, surgery or disease process. Strong orthopedic and hand therapist experience needed to be part of and support hand specialty patients. LSVT and Lymphedema training a bonus.

Job Description:

Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills. Designs the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.

Implements the treatment plan using appropriate modalities. Documents subjective, and objective, findings of patient progress, and assessment findings and plan. Monitors and modifies the plan of care as needed. Seeks consultation as necessary.

Educates and counsels the patient and family/caregiver. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.

Supervises and delegates the care provided by certified occupational therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.

Compensation Information:

$34.15 - $59.76 USD Hourly

The salary range shown reflects the base salary for this position. Individual compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations.
