Guest Experience & Growth Lead (Growth Track Role)

We have a Guest Experience & Growth Lead position available.

This is for someone who:

Our Spa Associates:

  • Meet membership sales goals.

  • Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.

  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents

  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Compensation Base rate - 15.92 per hour PLUS $30 commission on every membership sold! 10% commision on retail products sold
