As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, the individual will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation. They will also collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Key focus areas include Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting., Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills., and Administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress..

Preferred (not required): SNF Patient Care, Communication, Oral Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
