Responsibilities As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, relationship driven support that helps clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and emotional support

• Assistance with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care support

• Mobility assistance and medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

• Observing and communicating changes in client needs or wellbeing

• Building trusted relationships with clients and families through consistency, compassion, and professionalism Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high quality care

• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

• Ability to build trust and maintain respectful relationships with clients and families

• CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate

• Additional compensation opportunities may be available for candidates with advanced certifications or experience
