Customer Contact Centre in Circle K Business Centre in Riga is growing and looking for a professional who is passionate about people and would like to join our global family as:

DANISH SPEAKING ​CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

Type of Employment:

• Temporary: 12-month contract, with the possibility to work remotely from Latvia

• Permanent: Permanent position, fully office-based

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them;

• Is fluent in Danish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues;

• Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems;

• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills;

• Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage).

You could be the one who:

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email;

• Is responsible for card support and account administration;

• Manages new orders and registrations;

• Advices our customers regarding station campaigns and products;

• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers.
