German Speaking Logistics Support Specialist

Type of Employment: Permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations across Germany and rest of Europe.

• Provide support to stations regarding fuel deliveries, assist with delivery paperwork, and help resolve any related issues.

• Assist carriers in resolving fuel delivery issues, including maintenance, retain, cross drops, spills, and allocation concerns.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage.

• Very good communication and collaboration skills.

• Precise, organized and stress resistant personality.

• Adaptability, quick learning ability and willingness to develop new skills.

• Fluency in English and German (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in Germany and across Europe.

• Good overall skills with computers and programs.

• A proactive, improvement driven mindset and strong teamwork skills.

• Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends.
