Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible schedule options available

Compensation: $87K-$104K/year(based on experience)

Select Physical Therapy in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking a full‑time Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.

  • High Standard of Care: Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB,clinician expertise, patient perception).

  • Personalized Treatment: Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.

  • Relationship-Building: Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapy

  • CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic

  • Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred
