Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives on driving operational excellence, developing teams, and ensuring materials flow seamlessly from dock to production line? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Warehouse Supervisor , you will be supervising 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep line, and warehouse operations — ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered to production on time, accurately, and safely while driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and cross-functional collaboration. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the GCB Operations - Supply Chain team, you'll create impact by Leading a high-performing warehouse team that directly enables production success, cost reduction, and safe, sustainable operations at our GCB facility.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Supervise, coach, develop, and direct 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse areas — including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and training

  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, put-away, kitting, and delivery of materials to production using SAP WM, while monitoring COGI, warehouse dashboards, and daily performance indicators

  • Lead warehouse daily action meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering teams to resolve issues and meet targets

  • Adhere to the cycle count program, investigate inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and support annual stock take activities

  • Ensure compliance with all EHS policies — conducting daily environmental checks, maintaining equipment and certifications, investigating incidents, and communicating safety goals to the team

  • Identify and implement cost reduction measures and process improvements across all warehouse activities in support of Grundfos Ignite '27 strategy

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a metrics-driven warehouse leader with deep SAP WM expertise, a proven track record of supervising large teams in fast-paced environments, and a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We would also imagine that you have:

  • High school diploma with minimum 5 years of warehouse/stockroom experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role

  • High working knowledge of SAP WM in receiving and warehouse environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook with strong basic math skills for inventory management

  • Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other materials handling equipment and lift up to 50 lbs

It is a plus if you also:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience beyond SAP WM

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

Why you will love working here

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.

  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.

  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.

  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
