Responsibilities Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact. As a leader within our organization, you will provide administrative and operational oversight for assigned departments, with responsibility for financial performance, human resources, daily operations, quality of care, clinical outcomes, patient and physician experience, staff engagement, and change management. You will serve as a key member of the entity leadership team and the Shared Governance Model, advancing the mission, vision, and values of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice.

In this role, you will champion a person-centered philosophy and foster patient- and family-centered care across the continuum while driving high-quality, value-based outcomes. You will play a critical role in developing the next generation of nursing leaders through succession planning, talent identification, mentorship, education, and professional development.

This position may also provide direct clinical support, as needed, to ensure exceptional care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications Education

  • Graduate of a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

Work Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient) or clinical (outpatient) setting, including at least one (1) year of relevant leadership experience Required.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC/eNLC) multistate license Required upon hire

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required upon hire
