Company Overview:
Prep Redzone is America's #1 Event Operator for Football Events. Hosting many tournaments all over the country this year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.
Job Summary:
The Field Manager position is responsible for facilitating a great on the field experience for participants in our 7 on 7 tournament. We are looking for someone who understands the rules of football and can communicate effectively to create a great environment for players, coaches, officials and spectators.
Event Details:
Event: Prep Redzone Central Florida Charge
Date: Saturday-Sunday, February 21st-22nd
Location: The Range at H.G. Morse Stadium
Address: 2210 Dr Randy McDaniel Wy, Sumterville, FL
Work Hours: Saturday 2/21 - 6:30am-8:30pm; Sunday 2/22 - 6:30am-6:00pm
Pay Rate: You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Facilitate an exceptional on-field experience for all participating athletes.

Interpret field/football rules and regulations (you will receive a copy of the rules).

Coordinate communication between referees and coaching staff to ensure a smooth and efficient game pace.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

Football Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of football rules and regulations.

Professionalism: High level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, coaches, and athletes.

Punctuality: High level of punctuality to ensure events begin on schedule.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a football coach or official is highly preferred
