Local Pay: $63.50/hour

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties & Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
-
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
-
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
-
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
-
Assist patients in restoring function following injury, surgery, or illness.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.

Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Promote patient independence and improve overall quality of life through rehabilitation services.
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of 2 yearsof recent experience as aPhysical Therapist.

Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
