  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate business transformation, operational excellence, and technology modernization initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, finance, product, and service line leadership teams to execute strategic account plans.

  • Position Cognizant's Healthcare, RCM, GenAI, digital transformation, platform, and consulting capabilities to address client priorities and business outcomes.

  • Lead pipeline development, opportunity qualification, deal shaping, proposal development, and RFP responses.

  • Ensure strong delivery governance, operational excellence, and customer success across all engagements.

  • Drive innovation-led growth by identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI and automation solutions that deliver measurable client ROI.

  • Establish and leverage strategic partnerships and ecosystem alliances to expand client value.

  • Mentor and develop sales, client management, and delivery leaders, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Enhance Cognizant's market visibility and thought leadership within the Healthcare and RCM ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in client-facing leadership roles within Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), IT Services, Business Process Services, or Management Consulting.

  • Demonstrated success managing large strategic accounts with full P&L responsibility.

  • Strong experience driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and account expansion.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain executive relationships at CXO and CXO-1 levels.

  • Proven track record of leading large, complex transformations and consulting engagements.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence senior business and technology executives and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

  • Experience operating successfully within a highly matrixed organization.
