About Us:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate locomotives to transport materials within the plant.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on locomotives.

  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of rail equipment.

  • Coordinate with team members to manage rail movements.

  • Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Proficiency in operating locomotives and rail equipment.

  • Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Conditions of Employment:

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment:

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on equipment.

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.

  • Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel tools and equipment.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
