Ball-Chatham School District is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our Titan Talent as aSubstitute Student Supervisor! In this role, you will help create a safe, engaging, and positive environment during outdoor and indoor recess, ensuring students enjoy active play while learning cooperation and social skills.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Attentive Supervision:Actively monitor playground and indoor recess spaces to ensure student safety.

• Fair Guidance:Encouragingly enforce school and playground rules with fairness, kindness, and consistency.

• Clear Communication:Communicate effectively with students, fellow staff, and school leadership.

Compensation & Application Requirements

• Pay Rate:Substitute Student Supervisors earn$15.00 per hour.

• Requirements:Candidates must maintain applicable qualifications, complete and submit the online application, and successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
