The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - SAP BRIM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting services across various SAP applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Analyzing client needs to implement SAP solutions that optimize operational efficiency

Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP application projects

Developing training materials and providing support for seamless integration of SAP applications

Utilizing analytical thinking and business process modeling to enhance client service delivery

Managing project architecture and budgeting to achieve successful outcomes

Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in SAP consulting services

Building relationships with stakeholders to address conflicts and facilitate effective communication

Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance

Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct

Encouraging learning agility and intellectual curiosity to foster continuous improvement
What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart

Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems

Demonstrating proficiency in SAP CRM and SAP ERP systems

Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process modeling

Implementing technology solutions for enterprise integration

Developing training materials for emerging technologies

Managing systems project management with strategic questioning

Excelling in coaching and feedback to inspire team performance
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
