Essential Functions
- New Construction & Modernization Mechanics: Install and upgrade elevator systems from ground break to final inspection.
- Service Technicians: Maintain and repair equipment, servicing moving parts and machinery that operate on mechanical and electronic principles.
- Analyze information and troubleshoot to choose the best solutions.
- Professionally interact with customers, general contractors, and business owners.
Qualifications
- Hold an Elevator Mechanic license (or be able to obtain one within 6 months).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator trade.
- Completion of a 4-year federally approved apprenticeship program is a plus.
- Physically capable of climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials with precision.
- Able to travel and participate in an on-call rotation (afterhours may be required).
