The Role
As a member of the Growth & KYB Team, you will:

-
Engage with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to create experiences that move a customer from discovery to evaluation to purchase.
-
Analyze and extract value from data at scale, building efficient, maintainable production-grade data solutions.
-
Create scalable and highly maintainable systems deployed in cloud environments.
-
Own architecture and design decisions as well as hands-on implementation, ensuring that customer experiences are compelling and have low costs of ownership.
What You’ll Do
-
Operates with a bias for action and knows how to deliver value in the short, medium, and long term.
-

-
Has a “can-do” attitude and thrives on a highly collaborative, cross-functional team that plays a critical role in the company’s success.
-
Is eager to own architecture and design decisions as well as hands-on implementation.
What Makes This Role Exciting?
-
Impact: Develop products that take an innovative data-first approach to solving high-value customer problems.
-
Technical Challenge: Tackle complex data and engineering problems while balancing customer impact, reliability, scalability, data quality, and an ambitious forward development plan.

Multifaceted Role: At different points in your work, you’ll need to think like a software engineer and a data scientist and balance these perspectives.
-
Ownership: You’ll work directly with customers, product teams and cross-functional partners to design and build products based on your learnings. The data experiences you create will have a direct impact on our customers' perception of the value our product delivers and the speed of the sales cycle.
