Description

Job Purpose: The Ambassador is the patient point of contact for Nutrition Services on their designated unit or area and supports the department through all aspects of the meal process form patient meal selection, tray assembly, transport, delivery and retrieval of completed food trays to patients. In addition the Ambassador conducts post meal rounds, delivers patient/resident nourishments & inventories and stock unit kitchens. The Ambassador role is essential to deliver the highest quality patient and resident satisfaction with Nutrition Services.

Education; Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Possess one (1) - two (2) years working in a customer service setting preferably in a healthcare and/or food service setting.

Knowledge: Possess a working knowledge of therapeutic diets and basic computer skills.

Position will require holiday and weekend rotations

Full-time Sign-On-Bonus $750.00
