Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Del Valle, Texas
$60.00 Per Hour | Hybrid Schedule | 40 Hours Per Week
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an excellent school-based opportunity in Del Valle, Texas . This full-time position offers a highly desirable hybrid schedule , allowing you to work 4 days onsite and 1 day remotely each week , while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
This role supports two school campuses , with clinicians serving one campus at a time and not working at both campuses on the same day , providing a structured and manageable schedule.

Responsibilities
-
Provide speech-language evaluations and assessments for students.
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
-
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers.
-
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
-
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
-
Support students with a variety of communication disorders impacting educational performance.
Qualifications
-
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
-
Active Texas SLP License.
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
-
School-based experience preferred, but not required.
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to work independently while managing services across multiple campuses.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
-
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
