Location: Pampa Regional Medical CenterPampa, TX
We are seeking aDirector of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy,sometimes referred to as a Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services. The Director of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy oversees the daily operations and overall performance of rehabilitation, therapy, wellness, nursing, and business functions. This role leads the development of programs and services that support the changing needs of the community while promoting quality care and positive outcomes. The Director also manages staffing, budgets, performance improvement, strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, marketing, community outreach, and relationships with physicians and other key partners.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across rehabilitation, therapy, wellness, nursing, and business services to support quality care and strong department performance

Develop, implement, and maintain rehabilitation and wellness programs based on the needs of patients and the surrounding community

Manage staffing, budgets, performance improvement efforts, information systems, and other departmental resources

Support strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician and customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements
Qualifications
-
Masters Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.

Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.

Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.

BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
