What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Land Use Planning, Management, or a related field

  • Progressive experience in real estate, right-of-way, infrastructure, or related industries

  • Experience leading teams and developing talent

  • Experience working in utility, infrastructure, regulatory, or public-sector environments is highly valued

Most importantly, you’ll bring

Proven people leadership, strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability, and the ability to balance competing priorities while leading through complexity.
