Elevate Care is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in care.
As Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for both residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:

Direct day-to-day operations of the facility

Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Manage budgetary and financial performance

Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
What We’re Looking For:

Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license
-
At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

Deep understanding of state and federal regulatory guidelines

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
