Elevate Care is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that values innovation, compassion, and excellence in care.

As Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for both residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the facility

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

  • Deep understanding of state and federal regulatory guidelines

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
