We're looking for two Powder Coat Processors to join our production team! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow in a manufacturing environment. If you've worked in labor, construction, or other hands-on roles, you'll feel right at home.

Pay Rate: $21/hour (Temp-to-hire)

Schedule: 1 st Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30pm-some overtime expected

Duties:

Sandblasting parts prior to coating

Performing quality control and paint inspections

Hanging door and window frames on the overhead line

Supporting general powder-coating operations

Working in a warm and loud environment (especially in summer-cooling gear like ice vests and popsicles provided!)

Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks

Able to lift, hang, and move materials throughout the shift

Willing to work in a hotter/louder environment

Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn

Great attention to detail especially in quality inspection

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
Work Location: Allegion, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $21.00 - $21.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
