About the Role NuLine Utility Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground utility construction and will be responsible for overseeing job sites and ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently and on time. You will lead a team of skilled workers, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes safety and collaboration. As a Working Foreman, you will actively participate in regular safety meetings, contribute to a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Your leadership skills will be vital in coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met. Communicating with the public and our Clients is a key aspect of this role. What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of a project and ensure adherence to safety protocols Lead and mentor a team of utility construction workers
