Position: Behavior Technician (BT)

Locations: Multiple openings throughout Contra Costa. (Richmond, Martinez, San Pablo)

Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Join our team and help children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth.

Pay Incentives Starting Now!

We're excited to recognize your hard work and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:

  • $21/hour during training (2 weeks)

  • $25–$28/hour No experience needed

Requirements:

  • Own reliable vehicle

  • Valid driver's license

  • Active car insurance

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Incredible Bonuses:

All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate!

+$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays). +$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
