Successful candidates bring Bachelor's Degree In Related Field Or Equivalent Experience and Four Years Of Related Work Experience. Preferred (not required): Technical Gap Assessment and Solution Identification.

Job Purpose and Impact

The Automation Engineering Senior Supervisor will supervise and oversee the execution of overall governance on standards, application, gaps, solutions and measurements to increase production quality, efficiency and volume for the business. In this role, you will supervise a team that execute activities related to automation engineering to enable strategic growth projects and improve our capabilities by providing engineering leadership for the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute compliance of automation standards, policies, procedures and job aids with regulatory standards and alignment with global, regional and industry standards.

  • Monitor and execute accountability measures and reporting mechanisms to monitor the performance and corporate benchmark metrics and measurement to champion effective utilization and integrity of automated tools and systems.

  • Implement tactical development and delivery oversight of vision, direction and strategy for automation engineering.

  • Supervise and promote automation engineering programs and policies regionally.

  • Consolidate overall analysis and propose recommendations in areas of improvement and by implementing solutions to improve performance and identify acceptable risk tolerance.

  • Oversee advanced support for automation engineering deliverables in projects.

  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to translate highly technical information across all levels of technical knowledge

  • Technical gap assessment and solution identification

  • Two years of supervisory experience
