If you’re licensed in Maryland, Virginia, or DC as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)(Maryland), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)(Virginia/Maryland) or Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) (DC) and are passionate about providing identity-affirming, evidence-based care, we’d love to connect! What We Offer We provide free supervision to help you grow as a clinician and work toward full independent licensure. Our goal is to support you in developing expertise in LGBTQ+ mental health while offering a flexible, mission-driven opportunity. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking LGPCs and LMSWs/LGSWs in Maryland, DC, or Virginia with experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly BIPOC clients. If that’s you, we’d love to set up a quick video chat to explore whether partnering with Allswell is a great fit. Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy in a telehealth setting, serving LGBTQ+ clients.
- Participate in free supervision sessions to support professional growth.
- Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications ✔ Master's level degree ✔ Provisionally licensed in Maryland, DC, or Virginia (LGPC or LMSW/LGSW) ✔ Experience or strong interest in LGBTQ+ mental health ✔ Comfortable with virtual therapy (Zoom, 1:1 & group) ✔ Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems Sample Compensation $50 per 60-Minute Intake Session $40 per 45-Minute Session $60 per 60-Minute Group Therapy Session $30/hour for Meetings & Training Interested?
