Job Duties
The Community Site Supervisor is responsible for assessing, training, and supervising persons served in a variety of tasks in a community employment setting. Must meet customer quality specifications at assigned community sites. Will participate in team efforts to implement plans for persons served.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
-Assess, train and supervise persons served in a variety of job skills – usually in a community setting
-Maintain records relating to persons served, contracts, materials, supplies and equipment
-Ensure that policies and practices with regard to safety and community-based employment rules are followed
-Transport and/or assist with transportation of persons served to and from facility and/or from site to site.
-Participate in on-going self development through meeting and training opportunities and reading publications as required
-Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience Required
1 year of customer service
1 year experience working with persons with disabilities (preferred)
