Team Runway is the central change management and deployment function in the Village . We partner with all teams to create and deploy efficient and effective change initiatives that drive our most important Village objectives .
The Change Management and Depl oyment Analyst will support small to large change project deployment s using process improvement and change mana gement methodologies. The Analyst will work with a team of highly motivated individuals with management consulting, change management, organizational development and clinical experience. This individual is expected to effectively manage individual work streams, communicate the business need , and assist project teams by creating the support required to move people through the change curve.
This role require s the ability to work in a fast paced and hi ghly collaborative environment. A successful individual will operate with a high level of e motional i ntelligence.
Organizationa l change projects will include :

Partner with a Change Manager and cross-functional teams across the organization to develop deployment strategies and collateral to drive the implementation and adoption of innovative technologies and processes .

Use organizational / behavioral change management strategies and tactical plans .
-
Build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide insight and analysis for individual projects.

Develop credible and pragmatic analytical approach and framework to drive adoption.
-
Adhere to a standard practice for change management and deployment .
-
Provide a nalytical assessments to better support and drive change throughout project life-cycle .
-
Ensure each change project has the correct elements to successfully drive awareness and adoption.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Change Management: Develop and deliver various aspects of change management collateral depending on engagement.
Work with Change Manger to develop and execute vari ous elements of change management methodology , including but not limited to:

Understand change methodology and appl y it effectively .

- Data & Analytics: Analyze, interpret , and QA data. Develop credible and pragmatic analy tical approaches and frameworks to drive adoption.

Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and is able to build reports, metrics trackers, and dashboards that provide analysis based on project needs

The Salary Range for the role is $57,784.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
