Job Summary
The Associate Director of Undergraduate Nursing provides administrative support to the Director of Nursing. The role is a 12-month position as the primary administrative point-of-contact and site director for all academic programs in the College of Nursing and Health Professions on the Gulf Park Campus.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provides oversight of educational and administrative resources to assist with faculty concerns or issues related to those resources.

Plans the orientation and mentorship of new full-time and adjunct faculty members.

Monitors and reviews budgetary tracking for fiscally responsible decision-making at the School Director and college levels and subsequent approved budgetary processing.

Manages course and clinical scheduling and textbook adoption.

Assists with accreditation tracking and management.

Responsible for clinical contract initiation, tracking, and management (in consultation with the Clinical Coordinators and Administrative Coordinators and Specialists).

Monitors and evaluates clinical onboarding and student clearance for clinical participation at each facility (documentation of immunizations, TB, substance screen, CPR, etc.)

Serves as Campus liaison for full-time and adjunct faculty member needs.

Represents the College of Nursing and Health Professions at university and community events.

Performs other duties as assigned.
