Full job description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production worker to join their team. As a Production worker, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production worker

Location: Carroll, IA

Pay Range: $19-21 hour

Shift: 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm or 3rd shift 10pm-6am

What's the Job?

  • Learn to set up and operate test stands to check nozzles, spray bars, and valves for spray quality, angle, and flow according to specifications

  • Must be able to have mathematical skills (addition-subtraction)

  • Great Hand Dexterity

  • Operate laser markers and printers following established procedures and specifications

  • Record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance through testing

  • Assist in disassembling, repairing, and assembling products as needed

  • Complete production documentation accurately and support continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work procedures

  • Willingness to work extended shifts and overtime as required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills
