Full job description

NVIDIA (Networking Business Unit) is looking for Industrial Engineer for the Product Management & Configuration Team. NVIDIA Networking division is a leading supplier of innovative end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for servers and storage. We offer market-leading solutions that include adapter cards, switches, cables and software to support networking technologies. Our products optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the product lifecycle from early development through mass production and end-of-life, ensuring alignment with configuration and release standards.

  • Manage product Bills of Material (BOMs) and drive continuous improvements in product configuration processes.

  • Manage and support engineering change processes, including ECOs/ECRs and product configuration changes.

  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into product lifecycle and configuration management processes.

  • Develop and maintain AI-assisted tools to reduce manual effort in data handling, validation, analysis, and reporting.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including R&D, Product Engineering, Program Management, and Operations, to ensure smooth and timely implementation of product changes.

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.

  • 2+ years of experience with product BOM management, change control, and product configuration.

  • A proactive, hands-on great teammate who can independently lead tasks from start to finish.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Strong written and verbal English skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or Copilot for process automation, data analysis, or workflow optimization.

  • Experience building prompts, scripts, AI agents, or automations to improve operational workflows.

  • Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools.

  • Experience working with PDM/PLM systems.
