About Us – Paytm is India's payment Super App offering consumers and merchants most comprehensive payment services. Pioneer of mobile QR payments revolution in India, today, Paytm is India’s largest payment company by Users, Merchants, Payment Transactions and Revenue. Paytm’s mission is to drive financial inclusion in India and bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy through technology-led financial Services. Paytm enables commerce for small merchants and distributes various financial services offerings to its consumers and merchants in partnership with financial institutions. Paytm has been a pioneer in the merchant space by introducing innovative solutions like QR codes to accept payments and Sound-box to recon payments by voice alerts. We are also distributing loans to these partners 5via our ‘Paytm for Business’ App.

Key Responsibilities 🔹 Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships with insurance companies to drive business growth and profitability. 🔹 Lead commercial discussions on commissions, pricing, product offerings, and exclusive partnership opportunities. 🔹 Monitor insurer performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive improvement initiatives. 🔹 Collaborate with insurers on product development, integrations, and go-to-market strategies. 🔹 Partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute business objectives. 🔹 Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, partnership agreements, and internal governance standards. 🔹 Prepare business reviews and present partnership performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor/MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution. 2-3 years of experience in insurance partnership management, business development, or product management roles into Health Insurance Domain. Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. In-depth knowledge of the Indian insurance market and IRDAI regulatory environment.
