Westdale Asset Management is hiring a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will make the first connection with potential residents, helping them find their perfect apartment home. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and possess a friendly, professional demeanor.

Key focus areas include Greet visitors and residents, Answer and return resident calls, as well as email requests, and Complete guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.

Successful candidates bring 6+ Months Leasing Experience and Valid CO Driver’s License. Important skills include Sales, Customer Service, Leasing Skills, Closing Skills, Communication, and Typing 30 WPM. Preferred (not required): Building Relationships, Friendly Demeanor, and Professional Demeanor.

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
