The Niskayuna Central School District is now accepting applications for Lifeguards for the 2026-2027 school year.
Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate has a minimum age of 16 (sixteen) years (15 years is acceptable if employed at a facility where a supervisory lifeguard is present); 2. Candidate must possess a current certificate in basic life support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for the professional rescuer from the American Red Cross, or equivalent certification; 3. Candidate must possess a current lifeguard training certificate from a recognized certifying agency, i.e. the American Red Cross, Boy Scouts, YMCA, YWCA, or a certifying agency approved by the New York State Commissioner of Health.
