Job Duties

Station Setup: Stock and arrange all necessary food items and tools before service begins.

Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, portion meats, and sauces according to recipe guideline.

Cooking and Plating: Execute orders accurately and quickly using grills, fryers, sauté pans or oven.

Team Coordination: Communicate with other station cooks and expediters so meals finish at the same time.

Sanitation and Safety: Clean surfaces, store leftover food safely with proper dates labels, and follow health department codes.

Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels and let the team lead know supplies run low.
