Behavior Therapist
Fulltime Salaried - $68,827.20 annually or FFS - $55 per hour
The Edinburg Center is seeking a Behavior Therapist FT or FFS in Woburn, MA
Who You Are:
Master’s degree. Experience conducting functional behavior assessments. Experience in goal development and design of positive behavior support plans. Experience with the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments preferred. Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism. Highly organized. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
What You Will Do:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes

Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
-
Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis

Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Collaborate with youth team members
