Your role and responsibilities
This posting is for an IBM HR internship located at IBM’s headquarters in Armonk, NY. Internship dates are June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027.
We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose - to be the catalyst that makes the world work better.
In IBM HR, we are driving transformative change in service of our employees, and our clients. As an HR Intern, you’ll work on projects in our key functional areas, including:

The work you do may include data analysis, design thinking, communication, program design and development, research and problem analysis, and solution implementation. Required technical and professional expertise

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
