💰 $18.00-$19.00 per hour

🕒 1st and 3rd Shifts Available | Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire

Manpower is hiring Assembly Operators to join a reliable and growing manufacturing team in Portland , TN . This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term potential .

✅ What You’ll Do

  • What’s the Job?

  • Basic materials handling, Pack, weigh, and sort.

  • Responsible to visually inspect product knowledge to determine the products compliance to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform assembly of injection molded product and components.

  • What’s Needed?

  • Solid 2+ Year work History

  • Blueprint reading (preferred)

  • Ability to pass Background check.

  • Ability work over time

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous assembly operator experience preferred

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

💰 Pay & Schedule

  • $18.00-$19.00 per hour (based on shift)
